What information we collect

• Contact and account details: your name, company name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number.
• Order information: the products you buy, order history and delivery details.
• Enquiries: anything you tell us when you use our enquiry form, email or call us.
• Payment information: card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

Who we share it with

• couriers and delivery partners, where we do not deliver ourselves;

• our accountants and professional advisers;
• authorities such as HMRC or the police, where the law requires it.

These organisations may only use your information to provide their service to us. Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for two years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.

How we protect it

The Site uses HTTPS (TLS encryption) so information sent to us is protected in transit. Access to customer information is limited to staff who need it to do their job, and we take reasonable steps to keep paper and electronic records secure.
